Hotel was older but decent. Room was clean & bed was very comfortable. Pillows small. Best thing: Eddie at the front desk, super pleasant young man. Continental breakfast ok. Negatives: smell of POT when you walk in door of hotel and definitely stronger in hallway of our room both days of our stay. We didnt smell it though while in our room. Also young man taking care of setting up the breakfast area was really doing a good job cleaning, however vacuuming carpet shouldn't have been done while people ate breakfast. Also would recommend breakfast open until 10 am until just 9 am. We had really good biscuits & gravy at the Petoskey MI location!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how much it exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient right off the freeway, making it super easy to get in and out without any hassle. It’s also centrally located and close to many attractions, which made getting around the city a breeze. The manager truly goes above and beyond for guests. You can tell they care about the property and the people staying there, and it really shows in the service. Housekeeping does an excellent job. My room was spotless, the sheets and pillows were clean and fluffy, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. The gym was another great bonus. It was well maintained and perfect for getting a quick workout in during my stay. Overall, this hotel may be rated 2 stars, but the experience definitely felt like much more. I would absolutely stay here again.

The only reason why I gave the rooms three stars is because I didn't know that the rooms were off a outside balcony. I thought the rooms were on the inside and the doors were you know on the inside off of hallway that weren't facing outside balcony if that makes sense. Other than that the service was great the initial room was great but I didn't like the fact that I had to go outside the hotel room to go to the lobby to pick up the door dash or go outside the room to walk on the balcony outside to go get ice

I really enjoyed my stay at this cozy, convenient hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. The location is great—restaurants and shops are just steps away. Despite being close to everything, the hotel stays quiet and relaxing. The staff were excellent: friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed. Overall, it’s a great choice for comfort, convenience, and good service.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The property was well-maintained, and the pool was especially enjoyable during the summer! Perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The gym was consistently clean and well-equipped, which I really appreciated. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely come back!

This hotel is a good bang for your buck in a good location an everything. But the rooms could be a little more updated than what they are for the brand. The little brown cabinets are old and worn and the floors carpets haven't been cleaned in it look like years. You don't get clean towels everyday or room service everyday because they are under staffed! But this a great place just can also get some updated appliances an more working remotes for the TV's. Some of the late night staff is rude is rude!

Everything was great. Yesterday someone from the staff went in my room even though I had the do not disturb sign on and turned on my Xbox. So there’s that. My Xbox shuts itself off after an hour of being away to conserve energy.

Rooms are very clean, great up kept, very clean and safe area in general, breakfast is good, cleaning staff is wonderful! Front desk staff is great! This is the best hotel I’ve been to in a very long time. Everyone here Is extremely nice, even others that stay here
